Power comes from a 59.2 kWh lithium-ion battery, delivering an estimated 300 km range per charge. It supports AC charging up to 11 kW and DC fast charging up to 125 kW, featuring a liquid-cooled battery system.
Built on a Body-on-Frame structure, the Hilux BEV has reinforced protection for the battery while maintaining off-road performance equivalent to the ICE-powered models. It can ford water up to 700 mm deep and is equipped with an eAxle.
The Hilux BEV also features the Multi-Terrain Select system, enhancing off-road capability with selectable modes including:
AUTO, DIRT, SAND, MUD, MOGUL (for deep ruts and uneven surfaces), and ROCK.
