Price and specifications revealed in Australia for the LDV Terron 9, the new pickup from the SAIC Group

The LDV Terron 9 is available in Australia in two variants:

Origin: Priced at AUD 50,990 (approximately 1.08 million baht) for ABN holders / AUD 53,674 (approximately 1.13 million baht) for private buyers.

Evolve: Priced at AUD 55,990 (approximately 1.18 million baht) for ABN holders / AUD 58,937 (approximately 1.25 million baht) for private buyers.

Both models come with a special introductory offer for ABN holders: Origin at AUD 49,990 (approximately 1.06 million baht) and Evolve at AUD 54,990 (approximately 1.16 million baht).

ABN (Australian Business Number) is an 11-digit number that identifies businesses, similar to a commercial registration number in Thailand.

The Terron 9 is powered by a 2.5-litre turbocharged four-cylinder diesel engine producing 163kW (221 PS) and 520Nm of torque, paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission and four-wheel drive. The vehicle has a maximum braked towing capacity of 3,500kg, a gross vehicle mass (GVM) of 3,500kg, a gross combination mass (GCM) of 6,500kg, and a payload capacity of 1,005–1,100kg. The suspension setup includes independent coil-spring front suspension and a leaf-spring live rear axle.
