Ford is set to launch the 2026 Ranger Super Duty in Australian showrooms in early 2026, starting at AUD $82,990 (approximately THB 1.7 million), excluding on-road costs and without a rear tray fitted.

The Ranger Super Duty, which borrows its name from Ford’s high-performance truck lineup in North America, offers the highest towing and payload capacities ever seen in the Ranger family. It is positioned as a more capable alternative to key rivals such as the Toyota HiLux, Kia Tasman, and BYD Shark 6.

Ford has announced pricing for the Single Cab-Chassis, Super Cab-Chassis, and Double Cab-Chassis body styles, which will be the first versions to hit the market. The pickup variant and the XLT Super Duty are scheduled to arrive in late 2026.

Ford Ranger Super Duty Highlights

• Powered by a 3.0-litre V6 turbo-diesel engine, delivering 154kW at 3,250 rpm and 600Nm of torque at 1,750 rpm

• Upgraded cooling system to support higher GVM of 4,500kg and GCM of 8,000kg

• Water wading depth increased to 850mm – 50mm more than standard models

• Maximum braked towing capacity of 4,500kg

• Track width of 1,710mm – same as the Ranger Raptor, 90mm wider than standard Ranger models

• Front and rear axle load ratings: 1,900kg and 2,800kg respectively
