Thonburi Neustern Co., Ltd., the official importer and distributor of GEELY vehicles in Thailand, has announced the delivery of the first 2,000 units of the GEELY EX2 nationwide following its debut at the 42nd Motor Expo. Cumulative bookings have now exceeded 6,000 units, and the company is expediting vehicle allocation to ensure the fastest possible deliveries to customers. This milestone reflects the Group’s operational readiness and over 85 years of experience in Thailand’s automotive industry.

Mr. Narong Sitalayarn, Chief Executive Officer of Thonburi Neustern Co., Ltd., stated that the company sincerely appreciates the strong customer response, which has driven bookings beyond 6,000 units. The first 2,000 vehicles have already been delivered to customers who placed orders at the Motor Expo, with allocations carried out transparently and fairly. Initial production constraints at the manufacturing plant in China—due to high demand across multiple markets—posed some limitations in terms of certain colors and variants. However, the company has worked closely with Geely Auto International Corporation to increase production capacity and accelerate additional shipments to Thailand starting in March. The company is also considering placing further production orders to accommodate rising demand.

On the aftersales front, Thonburi Neustern continues to strengthen its service network nationwide. Last year, the company achieved its target of 40 dealerships and aims to expand to 65 locations by 2026. Preparations are also underway for the launch of Thailand’s first flagship showroom to support the growing customer base.

The GEELY EX2 is a 100% electric city car designed for urban mobility. In 2025, it achieved global sales of over 530,000 units and ranked as the best-selling passenger car in China for nine consecutive months.

Built on the Global Intelligent Electric Architecture (GEA) platform, the EX2 features rear-wheel drive and 11-in-1 Intelligent Electric technology. It is equipped with a multi-link rear suspension, a tight turning radius of 4.95 meters, and a 39.4 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery, offering a driving range of up to 395 km (NEDC standard).
