Toyota is preparing to bid farewell to the GR Supra soon. But before that moment arrives, the company has unveiled a proper send-off with the GR Supra A90 Final Edition, limited to just 300 units for the Japanese and European markets. It features a more powerful engine, sharper suspension, improved brakes, and extensive carbon fiber enhancements. In addition, Toyota is also introducing the GR Supra Lightweight Evo, which receives aerodynamic and chassis tweaks to mark the model’s final chapter in style.
The GR Supra A90 Final Edition has been upgraded extensively in nearly every aspect. It’s powered by a turbocharged 3.0-liter inline-six engine derived from the BMW Z4, but retuned to deliver even more performance—producing 429 horsepower and 570 Nm of torque. Enhancements include a revised air intake, a low-back-pressure catalytic converter, and finely tuned engine control systems, resulting in an increase of 94 horsepower and 70 Nm over the standard GR Supra.
Additional upgrades include a baffle plate in the oil pan to maintain consistent oil distribution during track driving, improved cooling, and a specially tuned active differential. Topping it all off is a lightweight Akrapovic titanium exhaust, which not only reduces weight but also enhances the exhaust note for a more thrilling experience.
The increased power is complemented by a strengthened chassis inspired by the GR Supra GT4 race car. The standout feature is the KW suspension system with adjustable damping. Toyota Gazoo Racing also reinforced the front and rear stabilizer bars and other suspension components, while increasing the camber angle for improved cornering and steering precision.
The A90 Final Edition rides on lightweight wheels—19 inches at the front and 20 inches at the rear—wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires for maximum grip. Braking is handled by 19-inch Brembo front brakes with high-friction pads and drilled floating discs on all four wheels for optimal stopping performance.
On the outside, the car boasts a range of carbon fiber components, including a swan neck rear spoiler, vented hood, and a revised front splitter with canards. Inside, it features Recaro Podium CF bucket seats made from carbon fiber and wrapped in Alcantara. The driver's seat is finished in red, matching the center console, seatbelts, and the driver’s side door panel, while the passenger side and the rest of the cabin are dressed in black with generous Alcantara and carbon fiber accents throughout.
Pricing for the Toyota GR Supra A90 Final Edition starts at €142,800 in Europe (approx. 5.3 million baht), and ¥15,000,000 in Japan (approx. 3.4 million baht).
