Ford will offer the Ranger Super Duty in Thailand in two variants:

• Single Cab Chassis

• Double Cab

The Ranger Super Duty is powered by a 3.0-liter V6 Power Stroke turbo-diesel engine producing 600 Nm, paired with a retuned 10-speed automatic transmission. It features an automatic 4WD system (4A) with 4H and 4L modes.

How the Ranger Super Duty differs from the standard Ranger

• Maximum Gross Vehicle Mass (GVM): 4,500 kg

• Maximum Gross Combination Mass (GCM): 8,000 kg

• Reinforced, thicker control arms designed for heavy loads

• Raised spring and lower control arm mounting points to prevent impacts during off-road use

• New rear differential — the largest and strongest ever fitted to a Ranger

• Upgraded chassis that is 70–80 kg heavier than the standard Ranger due to thicker metal and additional reinforcements for maximum load and towing performance

• Heavy-duty steel bumper mounted directly to the frame, supporting greater weight and allowing installation of small accessories such as spotlights or antennas

• Heavy-duty steel wheels, 8-lug, sized 18 x 8.5 inches, fitted with 33-inch LT275/70R18 All-Terrain tires, offering superior strength, load distribution, and impact resistance

• Completely redesigned suspension with a new structure and longer rear leaf springs to enhance payload, towing capability, ride performance, and stability

• Upgraded braking system with larger brake discs

• Interior features ‘SUPER DUTY’ badging on the dashboard

• Integrated Device Mounting System (IDMS) factory-installed

• Front and rear electronic locking differentials

• Ground clearance: 299 mm, and track width: 1,710 mm (same as the Raptor)
