Toyota Motor Corporation announced at Auto Shanghai 2025 that it will expand its lineup of battery electric vehicles (BEVs) in the Chinese market, unveiling the Toyota bZ7 — a flagship electric sedan co-developed with GAC. The company aims to launch the model within one year.
In terms of exterior design, the bZ7 showcases Toyota’s signature styling elements, such as the Hammerhead-style front bumper and C-shaped daytime running lights. The vehicle measures over 5 meters in length, emphasizing its presence as a premium electric sedan.
Inside the cabin, the bZ7 features a large central display and a separate digital driver information screen. It also includes a three-spoke steering wheel, ambient lighting, and a wireless smartphone charging pad positioned in the center console.
